Seriously, 1,000 calories a day? How does anyone do this? It seems every single bite is another 100 calories and I am trying but consistently coming in closer at 1,400 - 1,600 total for a single day. I am slowly dropping weight, 13 pounds so far, but think this was initial water weight or blockage that I started with when I went to the doctors that week. I felt bloated and heavy and miserable (AGAIN) and needed something to kick start me again as I was frustrated with a year in the gym working with a personal trainer. My trainer Eric is awesome but working out makes me HUNGRY beyond belief and after my 3-week Cali vacation in July, I still haven't been back to the gym and I put on additional 25 pounds in 3 months.
So I weighed in at Dr.M's office at 303 and at Dr.K's office at 307 and my non-digital scale showed me at 301 initially and now down to 288 which is great since I seriously cannot go back up in weight. I am at an all time high that I didn't think I would ever hit but I have and I am desperate to make changes and want to consider non-surgical options one last time. This leads me to Dr.M and his 1K a day meal plan along with Phentermine as an appetite suppressant. But in all honesty, I have no idea how anyone survives on 1,000 calories a day and I know I'm still sabotaging myself using flavored coffee creamers but I can't give that up right now.
Back to work, later I will provide a sample of my daily foods which are truly healthy options that I enjoy eating but damn, Halloween candy is ever-present right now and I struggle with candy corn temptation.
